HRBP 4-5 years exp Premier I/ II HR Inst
Role : Incumbent will be a SPOC for all sales verticals across India
Drive and deliver HR initiatives that drive business including Recruitment, Talent management, Sales Capability building, employee engagement and organization change management
Handle employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management
This role partners with the sales teams to establish and implement HR strategies that foster people development. It serves as a liaison between the Sales and Corporate HR to assess HR requirements in the areas of recruitment, PMS, compensation, career development and competency development

Experience in the FMCG industry required
Employee relations, change management and team development experience preferred
