Play a pivotal role in advancing strategic organization wide initiatives while also focusing on the people strategy for Growth & Strategy Office. This position has two primary focuses: enhancing sales performance through targeted initiatives involving collaboration with company leadership, and Sales Leaders, and fulfilling the BHR responsibilities for colleagues within the growth office.
This leadership position requires a strategic thinker to collaborate closely with senior leadership in the growth office, Executive
Committee (EC) and Operating Committee (OC) members, and Sales Leaders to drive initiatives that enhance sales performance and align with organizational goals.
The AVP will report to the Global BHR Leader for the Growth & Strategy Office.
Strategic Planning for Sales Effectiveness Initiatives
1. Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for initiatives aligned with organizational goals, focusing on market expansion, service innovation, and competitive positioning.
2. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and leverage findings to inform strategic decisions for projects like Sales Incentives, Sales Rewards, Sales Productivity, Sales Onboarding that have a direct impact on the Sales Colleagues in front-end, client facing roles.
3. Collaborate with key leaders in the sales organization to design and launch new initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness to drive revenue growth and partner with Senior Leadership, EC and OC members, and Sales Leaders to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
4. Provide key insights for the creation development programs that equip sales colleagues with the skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic sales environment and also identify training needs
5. Lead change management efforts related to new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy- in from all leaders and impacted colleagues
Role of Strategic Business Partners for Growth Office Colleagues
1. Develop and execute people initiatives that promote talent acquisition, retention, and development within the growth office, fostering a high-performance culture.
2. Oversee performance management processes including promotions, market corrections, Mid & Year-End Reviews. Collaborate with and guide managers to drive goal setting for team members & create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) tailored to the growth office colleagues.
3. Identify training and development needs for growth office colleagues, creating and implementing programs that enhance skills and support career progression.
4. Bring insight and decision-making skills to the table during performance and career-related discussions, aiming to drive managerial performance and facilitate effective talent management.
5. Address and manage people-related issues effectively, providing guidance and support to managers and team members to resolve conflicts, enhance team dynamics, and promote a positive work environment.
