HRBP- Sales and Marketing- XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/SIBM/NMIMS/MDI
Our Client is leading name in the FMCG space and is currently looking for a HR business partner for their sales and marketing functions:
- Partner with business leaders for understanding of optimal headcount and positions, talent needs identification in line with business goals
- Plan and provide insights on talent rotations, succession plans and other talent development interventions to support business objectives
- Discuss with line leaders on employee performance matters and plan for employees' promotions/performance coaching
- Support line managers on designing and planning functional inductions of new joiners (managerial) for early performance impact
- Partner with L&D teams for identifying learning needs and driving mandatory e-learning modules
- Co-ordinate with people managers for R&R policy and facilitating the process in respective Line of Business
- Suggesting improvements and leading changes in HR Policies and processes from time to time for enhancing employee experience
- Monthly attrition analysis with business stakeholders and creating action plan to manage attrition
As a successful candidate you come with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of business partnering with sales teams
- Post graduate degree in HR from Tier 1 B schools preferably from 2018 batch
- FMCG background will be preferred
