- HR Audit and Operations Functional Excellence for Sales & Marketing Function. Also have experience in:
- Recruitment, Selection and On boarding
- Workforce Planning
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Succession Planning
- HR Analytics
- Employee Engagement
- Rewards & Recognition
- Partner with sales leadership to create manpower plan utilizing Sales KPIs (Business & Leading Indicators)
- Drive people process for corporate functions like new employee induction (individual or team),
- Performance management process, exit management etc
- To work on redesign of compensation plans, rewards & recognition schemes, HR policies
- Manage the sales incentive restructuring for India sales workforce
