The role of an HR Business Partner is to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You- ll be an integral part of the leadership team, so you- ll need to be hands-on, on every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on People and Organizational topics. It's your role to create the People Strategy that will support employees in realizing their wildest ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You- ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute your strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.
Reporting and location
The incumbent will also be expected to coach business leaders on different aspects of people strategy, and mentor fellow team members
This position will be based out of Bangalore
Responsibilities :
The incumbents responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following :
Streamlining processes for the onboarding of new joinees
Using creative strategies to enrich and strengthen the Induction program for new joinees
Designing and leading initiatives to enhance motivation and increase engagement levels across the team in the region
Implementing an effective process for identifying and addressing the learning and developmental needs and managing the aspirations of the diverse groups within the region
Creating the annual L&D budget and defining processes and guidelines to ensure that it is utilized optimally, keeping in mind both individual aspirations and organizational needs
Workforce planning for the region keeping in mind both short term requirements and long term strategic needs;
Making effective use of digital channels and the social media to attract the best talent;
Coordinating with and aligning internal stakeholders to ensure quick decision-making
Attributes :
Applicants should have a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in HR from Tier-I B Schools, and work experience of 5-7 years handling the full range of HR activities in any professional organization. FMCG/sales HR experience would be preferred.
Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to creatively design processes that achieve the objective without losing alignment with the vision of company . The applicant must have a proven ability to independently plan and execute initiatives within deadlines.
