MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college is mandatory
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1) Deliver in person training to the ground sales team
2) Oversee onboarding of employees
3) Conduct 1:1 connects, FGDs with ground sales team
4)Drive employee engagement initiatives
5)Handle employee grievances and address the same proactively
6)Database management for the respective zone
7)Conduct exit interviews and devise corrective actions to strengthen retention
