1. Lead and execute critical and high impact projects relating to Talent Development, Compensation, Succession Planning & Organizational Development for commercial team
2. Measure the effectiveness of various HR processes and recommend changes to improve.
3. Manage end to end recruitment for commercial function
4. Track and interpret key HR metrics.
5. Execute key HR digital transformation & employee productivity projects along with cross functional teams.
6. Contribute towards developing an effective employee value proposition in attracting and retaining talent.
7. Drive cultural interventions to make organization values a way of life.
