HR Business Partner - Sales & Commercial HR

- Responsible as Sales HR Business Partner and HR Operations, to lead and provide support to core HR functions, not limiting to Total Reward, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession, HRIS & Data Management, Compliance & Integrity, Employee/Industrial Relations and Organisational internal communication.

Responsible for Sales HR + Commercial HR functions.

He / She will be working with the training team globally.

- MBA HR with 5-8 years exp

- MNC working experience in HR with the good foundation in HRM (recruitment, HR operations, performance management)

- Language Skills : Fluent English - oral and written.

- Computer Skills Required : Experienced with HRIS system and technology. Proficient in Word and Excel, PowerPoint knowledge required.

- Ability to develop strong and effective relationship with Senior Management, Country Leadership and regional HR team.

- Ability & experience interfacing at all levels of the organization.

- Candidates from MNC Pharma / Medical Devices / Diagnostic companies / Healthcare companies. Mumbai based candidates preferred
