Position Summary:

The HR Business Partner - Sales Business Unit will serve as a strategic liaison between the HR department and Sales functions across North America and the APAC region. This key role will partner with Sales leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals, drive sales performance, and support talent management for our growing sales teams across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with experience in sales operations, employee engagement, and regional nuances in the APAC or North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with sales leadership to align HR initiatives with sales objectives, supporting the business in achieving growth and performance targets.

- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, and performance improvement strategies to strengthen the sales function.

- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders in talent-related decision-making, including workforce planning and sales strategies.

2. Compensation & Incentives:

- Partner with compensation teams to design and implement competitive and motivating incentive and compensation programs tailored to the sales function.

- Ensure that sales compensation structures are aligned with company goals, market trends, and regional expectations.

3. Learning and Development:

- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver tailored development programs to build the capabilities of the sales force.

- Support sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success and are integrated into the company culture.

- Facilitate leadership development initiatives, helping to identify and nurture future sales leaders within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA/any Masters program with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institution. Bachelors in engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
