- Full-time MBA from Tier I B - School.
- Should bring experience in Talent Engagement, PMS handling, Formulation & Implementation of HR Policies & Processes.
- Hands on experience in managing induction & exit interviews.
- Campus recruitment exposure would be an added advantage.
- Strong Presentation Skills (PPT preparation & presentation to the business stakeholders).
- Excellent networking skills internally & externally.
