SUMMARY :
- To provide support in implementing the people processes to align business objectives with people strategy
Talent Engagement :
- Plan and rollout of the annual engagement calendar in line with the business focus as per the defined norms
- Provide support in implementing the people pulse survey and communicating the results and action plan roll out
- Analyze feedback arising from the survey, take required actions to address the feedback in collaboration with the Head HR and update the employees on the actions taken vis- vis the survey feedback norms
- Stay connected with the employees through periodic one-on-ones and FGDs to understand their needs and issues and address the same within relevant timelines
- Pro-actively reach out to employees, act as a sounding board, provide support in settling down and guide the employees in dealing with day-to-day challenges at work
- Handle forums for employee communication and grievance handling
- Plan and rollout the Annual Business Strategy Meet and Team Outing
- Group Level Initiatives: Coordinate with Group Engagement Lead and Max teams and drive all the Group level initiatives as per plan for the business
Talent Insights :
- Review the people capability of the organization, key talent availability and provide recommendations to the Head HR on required people development initiatives to deliver on the business expectations
- Identify, nurture and retain key talent (hi-pos) through well-defined competency-based assessments and development plans in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (Corporate OD team) to enable career and succession planning
HR Operations :
- Validate payroll, one-time payment, and deduction inputs (sales incentives, overtime, other payables, referral bonus, salary advances, loans, etc.) and share with relevant stakeholders for payment
- Review and ensure adherence to the exit formalities as per the full and final settlement process for exiting employees
- Analyze the exit interview feedback and take required actions in consultation with the Head HR
- Manage third party vendors for delivery of services as per agreed SLAs
- Organization Design and Manpower Planning and Budgeting
- Provide inputs in creating the annual HR budgets, track and take required actions to keep the costs under control
- Conduct detailed employee role mapping exercise to serve as an input for manpower planning
- Support Manpower Planning exercise by engaging with business leadership on organizational design and structure to serve as inputs for annual manpower hiring plans
Compensation and Benefits :
- Analyze the compensation related issues and feedback and share insights with the relevant stakeholders for necessary action
Training:
- Facilitate for annual TNI discussions with the Functional Heads and Corporate TT team.
- Coordinate with the Corporate TT team and ensure all the training are delivered to employees as per the timeline
HR Analytics :
- Provide support in defining the relevant HR dashboards
- Prepare and submit the HR dashboards to relevant stakeholders as per defined timelines
- Analyze the dashboards, identify issues, patterns and trends, and share insights
- Participate in the internal audits and review the audit findings
- Provide support in developing and implementing solutions to address concern areas (dashboards and audits)
