HRBP
The ideal candidate should have experience working as an HR Business Partner.
Job Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Manpower Budgeting & Planning
- Performance Management & Rewards
- Drive talent development initiatives like talent review, IDPs, Developmental programs, career progression, etc. for territory
- Employee Engagement
- Plan & execute an annual employee engagement calendar.
- Design & Implement employee engagement initiatives and support all employee welfare activities in line with corporate HR
- Employee Relations/HR Operations:
- Resolves escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements
- Responds to employee queries and requests with regard to employee letters, HR policies, career development, and personal issues as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Mater's degree in HR
- 4 - 8 years of experience in HRBP
