Our client is a fast growing retail chain poised to expand its footprint in India and hence looking to hire a stellar HR candidate to shape the organization's structure and culture.
Job Details:
HR Manager (8-12 years of relevant experience)
a. Role: to work as the Business partner for a cluster of retail centers
b. Requirements
i. Should be able to manage the entire recruiting life-cycle from sourcing, short-listing, interviews, compensation negotiations, documentation, and joining.
ii. Should have experience of handling the end to end employee lief-cycle, driving HR projects and managing a team. Should have proven track record of having led employee engagement initiatives, PMS, and training and development programs.
iii. Experience of handling larger organizations with 2000 plus employees
iv. Good communication skills and stakeholder management is a must have
v. Language: Spoken fluency in Telugu is preferred, but not must.
c. Preferred industries: Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, etc.
d. Reporting to: Head of Human Resources
f. Location: Hyderabad. Short travel to other locations of the company on an as-needed basis
The Suitable Candidate:
- We are looking for a strong candidate who can take initiatives and drive the HR agenda throughout the cluster allocated to him/her.
- As a successful candidate, you should have 8-12 years of experience in a similar setup with a proven track record of successful initiatives across the wide gamut of HR activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate well is a must have
