- Plan, develop and execute full PMS
Compensation & Benefit :
- Oversee the administration of key reward processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, sales incentive plan etc
- Managing the Annual Compensation Review and Annual Incentive Payout process for the Business
Statutory Compliance :
- Statutory compliance management like ESIC, PF etc
