Business Partnering : Manpower planning.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the business to gather the manpower requirements based on the new capability requirements and growth strategy.
- Present the previous manpower related data viz. attrition, cost of lost talent, budgeted positions for the previous year, etc. to present to the business and develop the first cut numbers.
- Provide the requisite support in presenting the overall manpower requirements to the MD and CEOs to finalise the manpower requirements.
HR : Business Partnering : Performance Management.
- Conduct the goal labs with the business to ensure the cascading of the business score card ensuring horizontal and vertical alignment.
HR : Business Partnering : Employee Relations.
- Manage connect with the employees and manage any escalations / grievances raised by the employees appropriately as per the guidelines.
HR : Business Partnering : Internal Consulting.
- Liaison with the regional leadership team in organisation structuring exercise aligned to the business requirements.
HR : Business Partnering : Recruitment and Selection.
- Conduct the selection process of the candidates for the advertised position and provide recommendations based on the interview.
- Ground level recruitment
- Created engagement calendar for employee
- Is hands on on numbers and data/ excel orientation
- Understand basic statutory laws around retail.
- Worked on employee development plans.
Experience Min 4 Years & above.
MBA Tier 1/2/3 Institute.
Person should be ok to travel within Maharashtra and Gujarat.
