Job Description :
Your responsibilities would include the following:
- Overall responsible for HR function and it's interaction with business, including formulating strategies and drafting policies for hiring, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and organization culture.
- Drive and actively contribute to the implementation of the People Strategy initiatives and work streams. Ensure the implementation approach is supported & delivered
- Drafting and documenting policies and procedures and employee manuals
- Responsible for employee queries pertaining to Compliances and their adherence to the same
- Designing behavioural and functional competency frameworks to arrive at a detailed need analysis for individual development plans
- Implement and develop action plans associated with performance improvement and develop & manage the employee metrics
- Implement the mindset of high performance culture through various programs
- Overseeing the annual employee review process
- Implement and provide feedback around the employee relations environment for the business
- Apply agreed change management approach to initiatives, and tools & techniques in delivering effective organisational and cultural change in the business area
Profile :
You should come with 3-10 years of experience working as a Business HR. Furthermore, you should be proactive, smart and accountable professional with extensive experience in Talent management, Business partnering and Employee relations
