We have an opening for HR Business Partner with one of our Retail clients for Chennai Location.
Job Responsibilities: Handling recruitment, training, PMS, employee welfare and employee engagement activities
Educational Qualification: MBA full time, specialization in HR (from reputed institute).
Location: Chennai Preferably from Retail / Hotel / /BFSI / Hotel / Telecom / FMCG / FMCD
Role: HRBP Retail
Excellent communication / inter personal skills and should have been a good fun officer.
Handling HR operations for divisions:
1. Business Partnering, Manpower planning, L&D, Career and Succession Planning etc,,
2 Identify employees who have been stagnant in a role and encourage for career movements in discussion with the manager.
3. Organizational Development and Employee Engagement
4. Employee Counseling & Grievance Handling
5. Undertake discussions with the function heads for identification of critical positions
6. Employee R&R and Incentive Program
7. Performance Management System
8. HRIS monthly and weekly reports, MIS, head count reports, attrition analysis etc.
- Involved in the recruitment process for professional across levels.
- Evaluate the manpower numbers / organisation periodically and recommend modifications to ensure structural alignment
- Maintaining leave track records and handling leave management system for employees.
- Involved in R&R activities.
- Involved in activating performance appraisal.
- Involved in employee engagement and team building activities.
- Computing and taking care of full and final settlement responsibilities
- Grievance handling, addressing concerns of employees, and recommend a suitable course of action.
- Training & Development identification of Training needs both technical and behavioral training across functions and employee segments, Actualization of T & D plan and work in tandem with Corporate Training cell and Evaluation of T&D effectiveness.
- Implementation of employee rewards and recognition programs
