An ideal candidate should come from a Tier1/2 college and should have worked with Power, Infra, or Construction space
- Work closely and provide support on end to end HR related activities ranging from strategic Talent Acquisition, Compensation & benefits, PMS, Training, Talent Management, HR policies, HR operations, etc.
- Be a strong business partner- and a key member of the HR team to align the HR strategy with the business goals
- Liaise with the business to outline, design, and deliver strong HR strategies
- Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes
- Be thorough in developing process excellence and process enhancements across the organization
