Position Description :
- The role would be similar to those in Human Resources, Professional Development, and Recruitment functions of large consulting, legal, non-governmental, research, advertising and communication organisations.
However, given the political nature of the client, it will stand you in good stead to note the following :
- You will be working in an emerging industry with very few set methods of operating/processes. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary project management skills and most importantly, on performance.
- You will have a lot more autonomy work-wise coupled with less interference, but it also requires you to be a self-starter with strong problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Position Requirements :
- The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the client-services industry. The candidate should possess excellent diplomatic and client skills, an effective project management style, and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
In addition to this, the candidate would also be required to :
- Assist in conducting recruitment from top-tier institutions and their alumni networks,
- Poses the ability to project-manage HR initiatives end-to-end,
- Help shape the organisational culture and building in-team camaraderie through organizing trainings and workshops,
- Work with the political client, together with the operations team, in designing and executing capability building initiatives
- Manage organisational pay-roll and other general HR processes,
- Experience in interacting with and managing vendors, and
- Exposure and ability to work in unstructured and high pressure environments.
Qualification : University Under-Graduate/Post Graduate Professional Degree.
Experience : 2-8 years work experience in an HR role in large organisations in the services and manufacturing sector.
