HR Business Partner/Plant HR - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Executive Hiring is looking for a HR Leader handling one of the Large Operations of an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad in HR / PMIR from XL/TISS/SCMHRD with at least 10-12 years of experience of handling LTS, Union Negotiations of a Large Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing operations, fits the bill

The role :

- Partner with the Supply Chain leaders to stay deeply connected with and knowledgeable about the businesses and operating environment and be a strategic people partner.

- Design and Implement Organization and Talent Strategies in support of business strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for Supply Chain organization.

- Plan and implement dedicated actions related to the talent strategy and partner with line leaders to grow diverse leadership pipeline and build critical capabilities.
