1.Provide support to manager in the interpretation of company policies, procedures and programs consistent with philosophy and core values. Maintains knowledge and understanding of labour and/ or state laws and regulations related to Labour and Human Resources.
2.Responsible to maintain a cordial Industrial and Employee Relations
3.Ensure Employees and Managers receive adequate training and coaching on HR activities and processes. Eg. Goal Setting and Performance Reviews, Talent and Succession Planning and Compensation Review processes etc.
4.Ensure the effective utilisation of Success Factors/Payroll systems across India
5.Should have extensive experience in Plant of different assembling units, preferable from Engineering or Automation Organisations
