- Ensure effective implementation of Human Resources interventions/policies and systems to develop high performance work culture.


Legal / Statutory Compliance :


To ensure 100% compliance on relevant major Acts.


To impart a time bound and qualitative induction for new joiners.


To understand and drive Employee Engagement.


To create and maintain the employee database and track relevant portfolio indices. HR Audit of processes involving salary/transfers/personal information of employees.

- Coordination with the External Agencies and candidates

- Interviews scheduling and participation

- Ensure transparency in implementation of all policies and systems and address issues effectively.


- Review policies periodically and incorporate changes/feedback when required

- Induct new joinees on various E-learning courses available on E-learning platform GVC.


- Creating awareness and motivating employees to upgrade their skills and knowledge through E-learning


- Coordinating training programs.

- Organise Fun & Fundaas events to ensure better quality work, camaraderie amongst employees and enhanced employees satisfaction


- Keep open communication channels


- Interact regularly with employees and Departmental Heads


- Analyse problems and discuss with line managers

- Audit of salary inputs


- Audit of transfer particulars of employees. Audit of retiral benefits of employees. Audit of personal files. Conduct Exit Interviews. Do an Exit Analysis and share relevant information to take corrective action
