Roles & Responsibilities :
- End to End Recruitment and Employee Life cycle experience.
- Responsible for design and implementation of various HR initiatives
- Responsible for HR Policies review and Improvisation.
- Responsible for HRMS Management.
- Responsible for Group Mediclaim Policy Management.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives design and implementation.
- Responsible for Training & Development initiatives
- Would be a Single Point of Contact for all Corporate HR Initiatives deployed across India.
Desired Skills :
- Should have experience of HR Business Partner role of at least 2 years
- High proficiency in stakeholder Management
- Should possess experience mix of multiple Centre of Excellences and Generalist HR role
- Should have exposure on multiple entity management.
- Should possess strong MS Office skills
- Strong People Management Skills
