Responsibilities includes :
- Hiring and Onboarding of niche talent:
- Strictly follow quality of hire criteria and identify talent from Top companies in India
- Filling of Injectable positions in Operations function in time and building the talent pipeline for key roles
- Drive productivity, employee connect agenda and R&R
- Drive and implement productivity norms for Operations function
- Lead annual manpower planning & budgeting exercise with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
- Drive employee connect agenda by organizing timely Open house meetings, pulse meetings, small group discussions
- Lead the performance management process
- Drive Talent Management process
- Identify critical positions in Operations function and build the talent pipeline
- Drive New Horizon Management Program
- Career management and Succession Planning
- Review the existing systems for career progression & potential development and identify areas of improvement
- Design career path for Operations function
- Plan and identify successors for critical roles in Operations function
- Initiate and facilitate coaching & mentoring sessions for enhanced workplace performance
- Operating networks: Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders such as Plant Head, Plant Quality Head, Operations Head, TAT, Cross BU HR teams, statutory bodies and educational institutes as & when required.
- Involvement in analytical activities from time to time
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA with 2-4 Years experience from Manufacturing Industry preferred .
