- Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensuring a smooth transition of the employees during working with the company.
- Partner actively with stakeholders to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters.
- Drive various HR process interventions in Performance Effectiveness Program, Rewards and Recognition and Employee development/engagement initiatives.
- Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels.
- Implement specific engagement initiatives that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across businesses.
- Responsible for analysing data from employee experience platform & to avoid regrettable attrition by sharing at-risk cases & engage talent at the same time.
- Responsible for periodic review & update of HR policies
- Lead and manage internal and external audit for Human Resources team.
