About the client:
Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical MNC. They have built a commercial platform across over 90 countries, with a COE based out of Mumbai.
Job Description:
- Main purpose of the role: To provide a pro-active, tactical HR support to managers and all employees within the Company. This includes: recruitment and selection; employee relations; learning & development; policy and procedures; rewards; and project work as required.
- Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice.
- Second level (after service delivery) support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including general inquiries; law; procedures; disciplinary & grievances or absence issues.
- Work collaboratively across geographies and HR COE to ensure objectives across HR are effectively carried out.
- Support and implement key company wide HR initiatives as interface between HR COE and the business.
- Take care of end to end Employee Relations activities
Key Requirements:
- Total experience of around 5 - 7 years Pharma industry
- PGDM with specialization in HR
- Extensive knowledge of employment and recruitment practices, with demonstrated general management capability
- Ability to work in cross cultural environment
- Capacity to work with teams extensively
