Job Description - As a HR Business Partner at manager level, you will be individually responsible for:
- Driving core HR processes for a sales and marketing staff of 200+ employees
- Staffing the S&M team with high quality talent which includes job evaluation, industry analysis and partnering with the core talent acquisition team
- Be an employee advocate by engaging with them and catering to their professional needs, requests and aspirations
- Drive the employee development program by working closely with the specialist L&D teams on competency models and learning plans
- Leading the performance management program and accordingly manage the career development of employees through career guidance, feedbacks and counseling
- Participate in incentive planning for the concerned employees and drive all other HR processes on a consistent basis
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must carry 4-6 years of core HR generalist experience. Your HR experience must cover sales staff as well another set of employees (such as corporate or R&D). A full-time Masters / MBA in Human Resource Management is required and you must be currently working in the Pharma industry. Excellent communication skills with a very hands-on approach is highly sought after. You should be flexible to business changes with excellent reactivity and adaptable to a dynamic business environment. A proven track record of excellence as a HR business partner is required.
