Role is
- Key Stakeholder management for business
PMS :
- Managing the Manpower Budgeting for Business Unit
Talent Acquisition :
- HR & Administration Revenue Budgeting - Planning and utilization as per plan
- Attrition Management & Mitigation for the business unit
- Facilitating effective and consistent performance management and performance discussions and negotiations within the Business/Functions, supporting specific interventions and promoting compliant job evaluation.
Employee Grievance :
L& D
Employee Engagement
HR & Adm Compliance
- Liasoning with local and government bodies for the site-specific requirement
- Drive several cross functional HR projects across Pune location
- Contract agreements for HR & Admin services for site
- Statutory compliances by contractors for Site
- Master's degree in HR
- 10 - 12 years- experience in HR currently in a leadership role (manufacturing background preferred)
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
