Our client is a large food products company, with clients across the country and globe.
As the HR Business Partner, you will oversee end to end recruitment process of all sales employees including the onboarding process and training requirements
What you will do:
- Handling Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering for the sales team, HR Analytics and dashboards
- Screening candidates for various sales and sales management positions.
- Working with sales directors to determine annual hiring needs
- Helping hiring managers in crafting appealing job descriptions
- Advertising job postings on multiple recruiting sources
- Sourcing candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)
- Conducting screening calls
- Shortlisting candidates based on criteria of high performance in sales
- Scheduling interviews on behalf of sales hiring teams
- Overseeing the smooth conduct of Performance Management of sales teams
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Supporting to develop and manage total reward programs/ policies and ensure their alignment with the overall HR strategy.
- Supporting hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Should have experience preferably in a sales force. Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
- Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability
