HRBP( Operations & Customer Service Vertical)
- Develop recruitment strategy, Including role evaluation, designing job descriptions and driving a comprehensive recruitment campaign as per business needs
- Responsible for talent acquisition and talent pipeline for the respective functions.
- Partnering with Business to drive people processes, performance management , talent management , enabling business continuity
- Management Framework and effective Succession Planning model within the organization that is consistent with overall company growth and talent requirements
- Strategize and develop Learning & Development framework for the organization in conjunction with all Functional Heads (Directors of all Core Business Verticals)
- This involves working closely with all Directors on identifying training needs for their teams and crafting a framework to address those needs through an effecting comprising of Education, Experience and Exposure.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience from BFSI
