- Handled HR Operations for employee - Entire Lifecycle
- Employee Records/File management
- Responsible for HRIS updating
- Drive benefits administration
- Will be responsible for executing processes related to HR Operations - payroll process, contract employment, Lifecycle updating, Increment administration etc.
- Handled grievances related to HRIS, benefits, payroll etc.
- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and provide support in execution in areas of Benefits, Policy and Talent Management & Analytics.
- Handling Store Operations, merchants./
- Exposure in OEM /equipment manufacturing/Automotive companies is a must.
- Companies like Ford/Yamaha/Cisco/Delphi/Whirlpool/Honeywell/Johnson Research and Development/Hyundai/Panasonic/Siemens/Intel/KPIT/Delphi.
