- This would be an individual contributor role
- Partner with Business Leaders/ Senior HR to evolve the people and talent strategy for the business and ensure its implementation.
- Drive initiatives for capability enhancement, development and strategic workforce planning.
- Drive Talent identification, assessment and development in order to ensure that the talent pipeline is effective and in place
- Engage, create rapport with leaders to understand business, advise requirements
- Should be able to conceptualize, lead and drive various functional and business agendas.
- Bring in innovation in thought and action in the HRBP practice
