MBA HR with 9-12 years exp with 2 years full time degree from reputed HR institutes from Industrial background like Mfg, FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, Oil & Gas etc with knowledge of local language like Tamil having experience in Corporate HR + IR with hands on HR experience
