- Support in building and execution of local People & Culture plan in alignment to business goals
- Leads Talent Acquisition activities for rehires and new positions from defining the job descriptions, salary range referring to market benchmark, coordinating with recruitment agency and effectively using recruitment module in SFs
- Conducts an effective on-boarding program for new employees for faster
- Manages People Cycle such as driving performance and development processes as well as people survey. Draw insights from people survey results and support in action planning for the regions/zones
- Assist in capturing learning & development needs in the organization and take part in delivering local or global training programs, in collaboration with corporate functions or external partners
- Support in building compensation strategy by referring to correct salary benchmark and participating in yearly compensation surveys
- Ensure the quality of data related to the monthly Workforce Dashboard in Employee Central
- Responsible for a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees.
- Responsible for all generating ideas for better employee engagement and support in making employer India as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with inter functional teams for better outcomes
- Act as sparring partner and constructive challenger towards all stakeholders
