1. Induction, orientation and integration new recruit:
- To ensure that the new recruits are exposed to the culture and values of the company and the Draeger group from the first day of the Induction as also through continued interaction.
- To organise and conduct induction preograms and training for all new recruits
- Contribute to the Onboarding process in its various projects and ensuring its proper application with internal stakeholders
2. Performance Management:
- To effectively design the Confirmation Evaluation/ Performance Evaluation forms so as to capture quantitative and qualitative data impacting Company's cyclewise/ annual performance in coordination with the Managers and the Head of Human resources
- Ensure Goal setting & appraisal activities are executed as per timelines. Also, to review and Audit goals half yearly for all employees in Business
3. HR Development and OD Interventions:
- Participate in the management and implementation of strategic HR development projects in accordance with the Group's HR policy.
- Support managers in the proper implementation of HR development processes
4. Employee Relations:
- Manage Employee Relations issues such as Disciplinaries, Grievances, Absence Management and Performance Improvement Plans both at informal and formal stage
- Consistently act as a role model
5. Manage and execute C&B, employee engagement, MIS, employee separation effectively
6. Projects: To work on various projects related to the Human Resources function as proposed by the Head of Human Resources with the aim of reviewing and improving systems and processes within the department/ organization
