The HR Business Partner is responsible for generalist activity across the countries of responsibility including: resourcing, employee relations, process and policy development, performance management, compensation and benefits and training and development. The HR Business Partner reports to the Regional HR Director.

EXPERIENCE:

- Eight or more year’s relevant experience to demonstrate the required competencies as outlined in the responsibilities.

- Previous experience in an international consultancy/professional services environment.

- Fluent written and spoken English essential

- Fosters positive relationships with a consultative in style.

- Well organised, focused on detail and able to operate effectively in a fast moving environment in order to meet deadlines.

- The ability to work without close supervision and take initiative to address local needs.

- The proven ability to work well with others in a team environment;
