- Understanding business strategies and Aligning HR strategies in business units and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
- Promote and nurture the existing Corporate culture in a dynamic organization .
- Monitor employee engagement and ensure employee participation through creative internal marketing initiatives.
- Through the interaction with stakeholders, establish effective and diversified communication channels to ensure the smooth flow information in the organization,
- Serve as an Internal consultant to the Business Unit and resolve complex employee-relations issues.
- Responsible for all HR Activities / managing the employee Life Cycle for the Business Unit HR, which includes and not limited to Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Relations, effective stakeholder management etc
Candidate Profile:
- Good with end to end HR. Entry to exit.
- Should be able to handle multiple Business Units. Employee strength upto 100.
- Stakeholder management is a must.
- Should be able to work with the Core Team and align the business units to the HR systems and values.
Age should be 24-30 Years
