We're looking for a HR Business Partner who can think independently, partner with business leaders and introduce state-of-the-art OD interventions for my client.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. To create compensation and benefit strategies that ensure that my client is competitive in the market for talent.
2. To monitor engagement levels, conceptualize engagement activities, and proactively deploy interventions to ensure high engagement levels across the company.
3. Ensure that the usage of performance management system is aligned with the company's value.
4. Manage and improve the existing Rewards and Recognition initiative.
5. Build a people team culture that is data-driven and define metrics to continuously track and improve people team operations.
6. Identify compliance requirements and set up procedures for both India and US offices.
Eligibility
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a business partner or OD specialist.
- Experience of implementing OD interventions or improving HR processes from the scratch is a major advantage.
