HR Business Partner:
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement & Hiring :
- Staffing and assimilation to meet the organization's growth plan (Key metrics: Hiring TAT and QOH)
- Initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent (key metrics: eNPS, attrition%)
- Managing HR operations, such as offer letters, onboarding, and payroll.
People Excellence design :
- Build a strong people & culture road map for the org.
- Work with the leadership team to define the org culture and shape it through policies and practices.
- Design and rollout basic frameworks for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, talent development, performance management & rewards, employee engagement, etc.
- Periodic re-design of the org structure to align with P0 org priorities.
People & Partnering :
- A peer to founders on anything people & culture.
- Partner closely with functional leaders to help solve talent challenges around attracting talent, team engagement, conflicts, etc.
- Build a strong people team to deliver the HR agenda.
Subject Matter expertise :
- Understands basic building blocks of HR for a growth-stage company.
- Understanding of people's levers like culture, rewards, PM, hiring, etc.

Desired qualification: Masters/MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-growth startups is preferred.
- MBA from top-tier institutions (TISS, XLRI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building & scaling HR systems & processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High on the bias for action and is able to bring rigor to all HR initiatives.
- Founder Mindset: Takes significant initiative beyond the defined role to build.
- People Partnership: Builds credibility & rapport with all the stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
