- Team Management - Responsible for Process output of each PO- Act to support the HR team, to ensure delivery / performance
- Strategic hands on Involment in achieving a performance driven culture
- Strategic hands on Involment in filling gaps to ensure a performance driven culture
- Aid the Hiring team to ensure quality, TAT and Priority hiring closures
- Work with the department heads for Hiring, Attrition, and aid in annual budgeting and planning excercises etc
- Acting as a pro active subject matter expert for senior management and other relavant stakeholders
- Having had strong experience in HR Policy making and Execution ( Plant & Corporate)
- Comp & Ben - Payroll HCM ( Handled implimentation of SAP HCM, handled/ supervised monhly payroll cycle)
- Comp & Ben- Compa Ratio ( within company & Market survey)
- Comp & Ben- Compensation during PMS process
- Comp & Ben- Incentive Adminstration
- Lead the development of relavant training in close collaboration with the T and D team
- Strong believer in maintaining reports for process robustness
- Maintained and worked on HRMIS for analysis and reports
- Working knowledge of Statutory Compliance, and liasoining with authorities - Punjab ( state) Statutory Law and IR (for Manufacturing)
