HRBP
Purpose of the role:
As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the people strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes and foster positive cultural change.,
Responsibilities:
Talent and Leadership:
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
- Strong succession pipeline for N-3/4 leadership positions
- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
- Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence
Extraordinary Performance & Reward:
- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers
Culture and workplace:
- Work towards creating a 'Best place to work'
- Drive customer centric approach with innovation
- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace
- Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees
- Co-create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationships
Learning & development:
- Identify training and development needs of employees and collaborate with relevant teams to provide training programs.
- Encourage skill development, career growth, and succession planning within the manufacturing workforce.
Employee Relations:
- Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement
HR Analytics and Technology:
- Support leadership with appropriate strategic and operational reporting on various people metrics in a timely manner
- Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements
- Orientation on various HR technology platforms, Digitalization, etc.
Metrics:
- Hiring within agreed timelines
- Retention %
- Succession planning for all critical roles
- On time execution of HR processes
- Engagement scores over last years
