Job Description :
The incumbent is expected to have a mix of HR Generalist, Talent Management, Development and Acquisition skills.
1. Assist the SBU Head in annual budgeting exercise of HR forte as per norms laid down by Corporate HR
2. Assist Talent Management vertical head in rolling out employee initiatives at Unit level for the concerned Region
3. Assist Talent Development vertical head in seamless roll out of Training/Learning and development initiatives across units in the given region
4. Be a part of Corporate HR think tank for ideation related to continuous improvement areas
5. Ensuring visibility of HR in all Units by being proactive in all respect
6. Ensure roll out of conventional and contemporary engagement initiatives at the plant level
7. Identity high potential employees who can be groomed to take on higher responsibilities for the upcoming new projects
8. Maintain TAT for designated closing the positions as per norms of the Corporate HR
9. Ensure timely flow of data to Corporate HR for monthly HR dashboard
Requirements :
- MBA/PGDM- Two Year full time course from recognized Institute
- 8-10 years of Relevant experience in Manufacturing set-up
