- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster engagement, and improve workplace culture.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance employee performance.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
