Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own & lead Recruitment & onboarding process.
- Identify different channels of recruitment and improve in employer branding.
- Lead campus relationship and implement Trainee Program for Sika India.
- Support in Policy benchmarking, conducting market surveys for compensation & benefits.
- Lead employee life cycle HR management implement automation where possible and drive efficiency.
- Lead post payroll compliance.
- Conduct employee engagement survey and implement necessary actions as required to drive higher engagement.
- Identify critical skills and create talent pipeline.
Qualifications/Experience:
MBA in HR with minimum 15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
Experience in Recruitment, capable of independently leading the process with different stakeholders.
Experience of working on payroll, market benchmarking.
Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills.
