JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position Title - HRBP - Operations

Reports To - CHRO

Division / Department - HR

Job Purpose : To Partner with the Operations function, while collaborating with various HR verticals, to develop, drive implementation and deliver end to end HR processes & Services, aligned to business objectives, to enhance capabilities of the Operations Team and thereby the organization, for higher effectiveness and efficiency for achieving strategic goals of the organization.

Skills And Knowledge : Educational Qualifications / Technical Training/ Certifications : MBA - HR

Relevant and total years of Experience : 12 + yrs.
