Our client is a leading organization in manufacturing and automotive committed to fostering a positive work environment and driving innovation. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client team and support their strategic HR initiatives.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, with a focus on project management, audits and checks, managing fluctuating requirements, and strategic collaboration. The ideal candidate will be assertive, excel in vendor management, and have experience in campus hiring and managing RPO vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

- Effectively manage spikes in HR requirements, allocating resources, and adjusting strategies as needed.

- Develop and implement strategic HR plans in collaboration with the talent acquisition team, business units, and other entities.

- Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between the HR team, business units, and external partners.

- Drive campus hiring initiatives and manage relationships with RPO vendors.

- Prepare and present regular HR updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be full time MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

- 5 to 10 years of HRBP with Talent Management experience in any industry.

- Proven track record in project management and strategic HR initiatives.

- Strong expertise in audit and checks, managing spikes in requirements, and vendor management.

- Excellent strategic planning and collaboration skills.

- Assertive with strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Experience in campus hiring and managing RPO vendors.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Industry expertise is open.
