Responsibility :
- Be instrumental in building and enhancing the company culture - a caring and performance-oriented culture through developing and running core HR processes across the company.
- You will be responsible for developing all processes within your area that help company becoming a Great Place to Work
- You will work cross-functionally with other peers from other functions to make sure that the company stays ahead of the curve and fit-for-future.
- You are an expert in designing organizations that help build us a World Class Manufacturing facility.
- Your core focus will be in running the performance management as well as nurturing internal talent succession pipelines.
- You should have a strong network in India to bring on-board very quickly the needed resources.
- You solve complex problems at-hand and are efficient at implementing the solutions smoothly.
- You maintain high compliance standards and have a fair idea about the various applicable laws in the industrial environments and are passionate about keeping yourself updated on all upcoming regulatory changes and schemes of the Government of India.
- You will partner with the Executive Management Team and other Team Leaders on all aspects of the HR agenda (recruitment, training & development, talent and succession planning, employee relations, employee engagement, change management etc.)
- You will manage the team of HR professionals of size up to 3-4 people.
