HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders across various departments to understand their unique needs and develop customized HR solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement engaging initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the learning and development process, identifying training needs and facilitating employee growth.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA in HR (Full Time) with 7-10 years of experience in a generalist HR role within the manufacturing/process industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders and translating strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
- Expertise in learning and development principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic
