HR Business Partner - Gurgaon - Manufacturing Industry - Diversity Candidates

JOB TITLE : HR Business Partner

Location : Gurgaon (must be open to travel)

Purpose of the role : As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.

Responsibilities :

Talent & Leadership :

- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies

- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire cultural evaluation and potential evaluation

- Create an agile, confident and diverse talent pool at all the levels

- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions

- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce

Support Talent development by focusing on :

- Organizational capability

- Individual needs and

- Core competence

- Culture and workplace

- Work towards creating a Best place to work

- Drive customer centric approach with innovation

- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace

- Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees

- Co-create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationships

Extraordinary Performance & Reward : Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers etc

Employee Relations :

- Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement.

- Ensure 100% compliances towards all application labour laws

Metrics :

- Top Talent retention %

- Quality of execution of HR processes

- Engagement scores over last year

- On time statutory compliances
