Position: HRBP
Qualification: 2 Years full time MBA from reputed institute
Experience: 3- 5 Years in manufacturing industry
Purpose: The incumbent will manage and ensure implementation of Business Unit (BU) level HRM strategy within the department, monitor HR and IR practices and issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manpower planning and attrition reduction of contractual workmen and on roll staffs.
- Responsible for recruitment of executive staff through lateral hiring as well as Management trainees through campus recruitment.
- Responsible for joining formalities, documentation and induction process
- Supervision of payroll management for contractual workmen basis time office records and wagesheets
- Ownership of all ongoing training programs and induction- working in conjunction with training manager.
- Ensuring harmonious work environment and elimination of work stoppage due to labor unrest
- Formulation and implementation of employee communication and awareness programs
- Grievance redressal and escalation of on roll staffs as well as contractual workmen
- Responsible for disciplinary proceedings against indiscipline employees.
